a note from your Norwell owner,
Steven Lichtman

Steve (stevelichtman@fitnesstogether.com) is the owner of Fitness Together in Norwell and Westborough, MA. He has a B.S. degree in Communications Management from Ithaca College, where he produced IC Bomber football. While working as a corporate executive, Steve traveled and struggled to maintain a consistent exercise and nutrition program. With the help of Fitness Together, Steve found the support he needed and dramatically improved his health. After 2 years as a client, personal fitness has became an owner. In 2005, Steve purchased FT Norwell and acquired FT Westboro in 2006. Steve has been married for 44 years to his lovely wife, Barbara. They have two sons, Jeff, age 34 and David, age 31. Steve stays fit working out with his trainers and clients, exercising several days a week. He enjoys playing music, art, racquetball and kayaking on Cape Cod.

Start with our Signature Fit Evaluation where we learn about your goals, health history, and take you through a mini workout. Your customized program is then designed to progress in phases unique to your needs and goals.
