Nico comes from a background and a family devoted to fitness and healthy lifestyles. Nico's grandfather and father are avid runners, both making appearances in the Boston Marathon. Nico was running right by their side in many road races, but found his love for Football at a young age. It all started with pop warner football and carried into semi-pro, until unfortunately ending his career with a knee injury. Nico earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and went on to train athletes of all ages. He found himself wanting to explore more in his field, which led him to Fitness Together in 2012. He instantly felt part of a family and enjoyed the sense of community being built. "After almost 10 years with Fitness Together, this has become my second home and my clients are my friends. Building those relationships is something I am very proud of."

"laugh with my daughter Sofia, make memories with my family (I have three siblings, and six nieces and nephews!), and enjoy a STRONG, quiet(!!) cup of coffee with my wife."Kerry Seretto, Owner/Operator/Trainer
Years of Experience
- 6 Years
Credentials
- NASM CPT
Kerry started a career in Real Estate, and while she enjoyed it (and still does!) she knew that health and helping people needed to be her main focus. After 15 years of playing soccer, she fell off the wagon. Fitness and movement were no longer at the forefront of her mind and it affected her mentally and physically. She started back up with cardio but quickly found out how significant it was to incorporate strength training into her workout routine. Kerry took a new direction in her career, she became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. Now more than ever her mindset has shifted, not just for herself but to show her one year old daughter just how important it is to move your body and stay active. "Motion is lotion" is what she finds herself saying (too) often. Nothing is more rewarding to Kerry than building relationships with her clients, helping them reach specific goals and go through life pain free.
