As I am sure many of you are aware, we are entering the final week of the Great Jeans Challenge! Yeah I know that went by so quickly! So with that in mind I wanted to share some good information to help you not only push through this final week of the challenge, but also to help you solidify your habits with good and vice and experiences others have had during their own personal challenges.
There are two meal plans below, one geared towards men and the other geared towards women, they are only guides and are by no means “must dos” or the only way one can be successful. Think of them more like suggested google map routes, you can go more than one route to get to a destination. Lastly, I have included some tips from folks who have gone through their own battles with weight loss and body image. Sometimes it is helpful just to know that there are others who might have the some thoughts, sticking points and trigger foods as you. They might have even come up with a clever trick you have not yet thought about. So take a look at these links and see what you can implement from them.
