Hotel Fitness Routine:

Chair Dips x 15

Jumping Jacks x 45 seconds

Push Ups x 15

Mountain Climbers x 25 seconds

Plank x 60 seconds

Complete this circuit 3-4 times through! But above all, ENJOY YOUR VACATION!!!
