Taylor has always been consistent, worked hard, and just all around been a wonderful client to have and be around... but this month she has been ON FIRE!!! (... her upcoming wedding might have had something to do with it! ; ))
We asked Taylor a few questions about herself and her experience here at FT and here's what she had to say:
1. What are your hobbies?
Eating, drinking, napping, and going to Fitness Together!
2. How many days per week do you workout at FT?
Twice per week
3. How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or on your own?
2-4 times per week. I run on the treadmill or outside. I try to get some of my cardio done after my FT pack workouts while I’ve got the momentum to do so.
4. What does your daily nutrition look like?
I definitely don’t deprive myself. That said I’ve also seen the most noticeable results when I cut alcohol from my diet entirely recently, and focused on eating frequent small meals. If I’m constantly eating throughout the day and don’t let myself get too hungry then I am less tempted to binge or eat something terrible like zucchini fries.
5. What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?
FT keeps me accountable for my workouts. I honestly would not do any strength training and would exercise very little if it weren’t for FT keeping me on a set workout schedule.
6. What is your favorite exercise?

8. How would you describe your experience at FT?
My experience at FT has been an extremely positive one. The trainers here are great to work with and keep me motivated. I also really enjoy the community environment that’s been cultivated at this gym. The people I’ve met at FT keep me coming back!
