Congratulations Shaula!!!

In her first 6 weeks she:

- Lost 11lbs of fat

- Gained 2lbs of lean muscle

- Lost over 8.5 inches

- Decreased resting Heart Rate from 67-52!

We asked Shaula a few questions about herself and her experience here at FT and here's what she had to say:

1. What are your hobbies?

Paddle boarding, gardening, DIY Home Improvements, and playing with my granddaughters.

2. How many days per week do you workout at FT?

3-4 times per week

3. How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or on your own?

3-4 for 20 minutes

4. What does your daily nutrition look like?

Staying within caloric intake set. I love salads, fish, and smoothies with fresh fruit.

5. What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?

Raising my metabolism & losing weight.

6. What is your favorite exercise?


7. What is your least favorite exercise? :)


8. How would you describe your experience at FT?

Without being overly dramatic, my experience here has been life changing. It has provided the education I needed on caloric intake, given me the accountability to show up for a workout (when I truly didn't want to go), and provided people who have encouraged me. The 6 week Challenge was the boost I needed to get me on track for a healthier lifestyle. I have been so surprised at the results!
