December Client of the Month- Sheri Zoratti!

Some Q & A with Sheri, our December client of the month: 

Q: How many days per week do you workout at FT?

A: 3 PACK(small group) sessions/week


Q: How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or on your own?  

A: Usually 6 days/week for 45-60minute.  (Some high/some low intensity)


Q: What does your daily nutrition look like?

A:  I track everything and try to stay within +/- 100 calories of my recommended food weight goal. I find weighing my ingredients to be very helpful in accurate tracking.  


Q:  What do you enjoy doing when you're not working out at FT?  

A: I love my job as a high school English teacher.  I also love to read, hanging out with my husband & playing with the dog. 


Q:  Favorite exercise?  

A: Hiking, paddling, and any full body exercise like squat to row, etc. 


Q: Least favorite exercise?  

A: Push-ups!


Q: What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?

A: Accountability.  I've learned to be accountable to myself over time, but it started with accountability to my trainer. 


Q: How would you describe your experience at FT? Do you have a favorite experience?

A:  I felt at home here right away with Kyle, Christian, and Earvin and all of the clients.  There is a very positive atmosphere and a true sense of camaraderie.  My favorite experiences include the Challenges, the Turkey Trot and even the birthday burpees!
