Leanne's short term goal was to get fit and tone for her daughter's wedding... which she did and then some. Now her goal is to continue feeling great and strong!
Since joining the FT family earlier this year, Leanne has also walked two 1/2 marathons as well!
We asked Leanne a few questions about herself as well as her FT experience... here's what she had to say:
1.) What are your hobbies?
Walking, baking, crafts, shopping, reading, and travel.
2.) How many days per week do you workout at FT?
2 days per week
3.) How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or own your own?
5 or 6 days per week (30-60 minutes, and a long walk on weekends of 2 or more hours)
4.) What does your daily nutrition look like?
Egg whites with spinach, toast & fruit in the morning; salads, sashimi, chicken, fish, vegetables for lunch and dinner. Very limited sweets.
5.) What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?
Strengthening and toning! "I'm so much stronger and my lower back pain has improved dramatically."
6.) Favorite Exercise?
Planks, Lunges, boxing.
7.) Least favorite exercise? :)
8.) How would you describe your experience at FT?
"Transformative! I've never enjoyed exercise before and have never felt better. The FT team makes working out enjoyable and effective."
