Families that workout together stay together!
This month's Fitness Together client(s) of the month are the Rogers family. From left to right: Shy, Todd, & Joelle.
The Rogers family personifies the expression work hard, play hard! They're one of the coolest, nicest, and most badass families you'll ever meet. They show up and give it 110% every time they're in the studio.
We asked the Rogers family to tell us a bit about themselves and here's what they had to say:
Q: What are your hobbies/interests?
A: Riding motorcycles, hiking, & paddle boarding.
Q: How many days per week do you workout at FT?
A: 2-3 times per week.
Q: How have your lifestyle & food habits changed since joining?
A: We have more energy and are more conscious about what we eat.
Q: How many days per week do you do aerobic activity and what sort of activities do you do?
A: 2-3 days per week. Spinning, hiking, and paddle boarding.
Q: What sort of improvements have you made since working out at Fitness Together?
A: More active, & more stamina overall
Q: What areas of your life do you feel FT has benefited the most?
A: We are more active after work and on the weekends!
Q: How would you describe your experience at Fitness Together?
A: Positive! Everyone is very nice and encouraging.
