Congratulations to Linda... our August Client of the Month!

Linda joined the Fitness Together family 3 months ago and we love having her as a client.  She comes into the studio ready to work and always has a great attitude.

We asked Linda to tell us a bit about herself and here's what she had to say: 

Q: What are your hobbies/interests?

A: I've recently taken up golf.  I enjoy designing & building custom furniture.


Q: How many days per week do you workout at FT? 

A: 3 


Q: How have your lifestyle & food habits changed since starting? 

A:  I am less focused on counting calories now.  I realize it's more important to eat the right kinds of food. 


Q: How many days per week do you do aerobic activity and what sort of activities do you do? 

A: 6 days per week.  I love walking Strands and Salt Creek beach.  I walk 450 steps at Strands and at least 4 hills at Salt Creek.


Q: What sort of improvements have you made since working out at Fitness Together?

A: I feel stronger now and more toned.


Q: What areas of your life do you feel FT has benefited the most? 

A: I have more energy!


Q: How would you describe your experience at FT?

A: Very positive.  Everyone is so friendly and supportive.  I welcome the challenge of my workouts and know I am benefiting from my efforts!
