August 13: What’s been your greatest accomplishment since your started training at FT?
Recently we had a bunch of new clients in a row lose 10-20lbs in 6-8 weeks. 3 new clients in a row, actually. Aside from that, I take pride in having taught a few clients with coordination issues how to jump rope. Anyone can do it, it's just a slow process.
My greatest accomplishment would be continuing to see people improve and not only help them achieve physical fitness but mental awareness. If we can help with confidence or social skills that is the best feeling ever.
