Some basic rules when it comes to getting in shape.

Trying to shed some body fat is tough. We all know it. The worst thing you can do is not eat. There ways to eat full meals and work in your favor to losing weight. By not eating, your body will become malnourished and have a negative effect... on your goals.

Some basic rules when it comes to getting in shape.

1) Do not always go for total weight loss, the scale will change through out the day. Instead take measurements or see how your cloths fit after a wash.
2) Try not to go more than 2 days in a row without exercise of some kind.
3) Never miss a monday workout.
4) Ask your fitness professional for help with nutrition or for ideas on how to be more active outside.
