Who in here has ever had a secret journal? Maybe when you were little but as an adult? Probably not.... I mean what if someone found it? How embarrassing that might be!
Well I figured out a solution.... Write yourself an email everyday! It's easy, free, easily located and secure! Writing to yourself is a great way to easily list goals you have and struggles you are dealing with. Sometimes, analyzing your own thoughts is the best therapy.
Feeling good and being organized are key to living a healthy lifestyle. Don't do the same thing everyday and expect to feel different! Make goals, make changes and live strong!
