As we did before we will teaming up with City Sports in Harvard Square for some strength and conditioning at Harvard Stadium. So we will meet at City Sports at 5:45pm and leave at 6pm. A light jog over to Harvard Stadium and then some dynamic warm-ups. We will hit the stairs for a little and do some plymetrics. Then to the cool down and jog back for raffles, refreshments and fun!
