Starting July 13th we are going to hold a FREE 45 minutes session on Saturday afternoon revolving around your feedback. We have some ideas on topics we will cover but we want this to be open for topic discussion. On July 13th Brian will be going over how to properly foam roll, when you should foam roll and other muscle warming/recovery excercises. It is completely free to clients and anyone who wants to show up. It will be from 1pm-1:45pm on Saturday. This is something we have been thinking of doing for some time but now we are going to implement it.
