Mark has lost over 20 lbs in just 2 months.
"My biggest challenge was finally realizing that I needed help to get to where I wanted to be. I always thought that I could just stop eating and that would do the trick. It didn't work. First I got my nutrition in order and then I put my exercise plan into gear by coming to FT. I think losing weight for me was both mental and physical. The mental part was the nutritional aspect and getting to know if I was really hungry or just thinking I was hungry because I knew there was food around I liked and had to eat it. The physical aspect is exercise. I was walking for a period and seemed to plateau with my weight lose. That's when I kicked it up a notch by joining FT and the weight has continued to come off.
