Mark has lost over 20 lbs in just 2 months.

"My biggest challenge was finally realizing that I needed help to get to where I wanted to be. I always thought that I could just stop eating and that would do the trick. It didn't work. First I got my nutrition in order and then I put my exercise plan into gear by coming to FT. I think losing weight for me was both mental and physical. The mental part was the nutritional aspect and getting to know if I was really hungry or just thinking I was hungry because I knew there was food around I liked and had to eat it. The physical aspect is exercise. I was walking for a period and seemed to plateau with my weight lose. That's when I kicked it up a notch by joining FT and the weight has continued to come off.

The most important thing I've learned from training is to have the proper form when you are doing the exercise. You can do the exercise for hours but if you don't have the proper form you will not get the most out of it. When Brian and Jamie start me on an exercise, you always tell me what area or muscles to concentrate on when I do it. Then you keep an eye on me when I am doing the exercise to make sure I have the right form and focus on the right area or muscles. I tell you all the time that I can really feel the benefit of the exercise when I do it the right way.
I feel great. I have a ton of energy and enjoy doing things now. I actually like going to the gym and like the feeling you get after you finish a workout. Before, I don't think I knew what a gym was. I have gone from the upper end of a 3XL to fitting into XL's now. How can this not make you feel good?"
