Body Weight Quick Workouts
10 Minute (100 Burpee Challenge)
- 10 Rounds 30 seconds burbees, 30 seconds rest.
- Goal is 100 Reps
12:1 Pushups
- 12 wide grip pushups, 11 close grip pushups, 10 wide, 9 close, 8 wide, 7 close, 6 wide, 5 close, 4 wide, 3 close, 2 wide, 1 close
Tabata Legs with Hold
- Squats – 20 seconds squatting, 10 seconds holding the squat, repeat 8 times.
- Single Leg Hip Bridges – 20 Seconds up and down, 10 seconds holding, repeat 4 times each leg.
Mountain Climbers 30/30
- 30 Seconds as many as you can do, 30 seconds rest, repeat 5 times
