Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

This is a great post work out meal with both protein and carbohydrates.  Choose your favorite fruit to add on the top.  We recommend berries such as blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries, which have the most antioxidants.  Instead of using a box or going out to breakfast on the weekends with your family try making these you might be supprised how everyone really enjoys these healthy pancakes. Only 7 ingredients!!
Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup rolled oates
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
maple syrup
fresh fruit

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the peeled banana, eggs, oates baking powder and salt.
2. Allow to blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it and blended well.
3. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat
4. Fry spoon fulls of the batter until golden brown on each side
5. Serve with a drizzle of pure maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
(berries are recommended.)
