Hey gang!! Here it is the 9th installment of the "At Work Series". This is a good way to get some circulation in your upper body if you are sitting all day or night. It also is important to coninuously spread your fingers apart as you are doing the circles. We should medium size circles in the video below but you could do small, medium, and large. This will allow for more flexibility and will get your blood moving again in a short amount of time.
