For the month of April only we are doing a promotion in which you get more than you pay for. Normally 2 PACK sessions per week is $289/month. For the month of April we are giving that same price but giving you 3 sessions per week(normally $419/month)!!! So you are paying around $24.00/per session!!!
Our PACK (small group training) has anywhere from 1-4 people in each class. The classes focus on strength training in addition to cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and nutritional guidance. We offer classes in the early morning, midday and in the evening 5 days a week as well as Saturday mornings. Contact us today or come in to our studio and ask about the "Amazing April Promotion".
*Must be a NEW member. Pack (group training) has a 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months a 30 day notice for cancellation is required. All memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of the month (debit/credit/ACH accepted). If you want to stop before the first 3 months are up you must have a doctor's note stating you are not allowed to do any excercise. Please ask for further details when you come in.
