Activity Options for SUMMER- CARDIO Challenge
- Clean/organize a part of the house that hasn't been cleaned in a LONG Time.
- Do 20 min of stretching or myofascial release.
- Do an hour of yard work for you or someone else.
- Do 20 minutes of controlled meditation(e.g use Calm app or similar)
- Go for a hike for at least 30 minutes to a Reservation or Favorite park
- Add an extra session with one of our trainers(cardio, stretching, yoga ,etc)
- 10,000 steps or 5 miles some other way (bike, elliptical, etc)
- Cook, or bake a new recipe and eat it or serve it; if it’s good, share it with someone.
- Book a virtual Nutrition session with us.
- Learn a new hobby on the water to stay active like Paddleboarding, kayak, rowing , etc.
