Summer Cardio 2020 Checklist

Activity Options for SUMMER- CARDIO Challenge

  1. Clean/organize a part of the house that hasn't been cleaned in a LONG Time.
  2. Do 20 min of stretching or myofascial release.
  3. Do an hour of yard work for you or someone else.
  4. Do 20 minutes of controlled meditation(e.g use Calm app or similar)
  5. Go for a hike for at least 30 minutes to a Reservation or Favorite park
  6. Add an extra session with one of our trainers(cardio, stretching, yoga ,etc)
  7. 10,000 steps or 5 miles some other way (bike, elliptical, etc)
  8. Cook, or bake a new recipe and eat it or serve it; if it’s good, share it with someone.
  9. Book a virtual Nutrition session with us.
  10. Learn a new hobby on the water to stay active like Paddleboarding, kayak, rowing , etc.
