What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?

I started at Fitness Together as part of an overall effort to improve my health and lose weight. During the Covid pandemic, I realized how much I enjoy and benefit from the instruction, encouragement, and expertise of working with a personal trainer.

What Has Fitness Together helped you with most?

Everything! I no longer dread exercising. The trainers know me very well and have been lifesavers! They have created challenging workouts and then coached me to meet the challenge. The emphasis on overall health (nutrition, sleep, cardio, strength) has changed my life.

How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?

I have most improved on my consistency in working out. My ability to do cardio has significantly improved. I feel much stronger both in workouts and everyday life.

How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?

The instruction I received at the outset of my time at FT was very helpful. I also appreciate and benefit from ongoing conversations about nutrition. I am working with a nutritionist through my doctor’s office and FT provides valuable reinforcement.

What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?

The people are the absolute best part! I have developed close coaching relationships with Manny, Megan, and Julianne, but I love working with everyone. They are supportive, knowledgeable, and fun! I could not do this without their help. Best people ever!

Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?

No tales, but I just want to say thank you! Fitness Together is changing my life. I am so very grateful.
