What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
I hadn’t exercised over the last 15 years, and I thought my body was not in good condition, always tired, felt cold, couldn’t work intensively for a whole day. So I decided to start work out regularly with guidance from a professional coach. Fitness Together Belmont popped up from the Google search, and I got a quick response from the staff at Fitness Together.
What has Fitness Together helped you with most?
Scientific training schedule so I could gradually get used to the exercise intensity, not to hurt my body. Encouragement from trainers are also equally important. Otherwise, I couldn’t make it through.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
I lost 10+ pounds, sleep is better, I don’t feel tired, cord or other negative symptoms anymore. I think my body is much healthier, which is the direction I want.
How has Fitness Together helped you with nutrition?
The nutrition guideline is mind changing and beneficial. I followed the suggestions, especially the food types and eating schedule, I eat more proteins and less carbs, which also helps me to lose weight and stay energized.
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
The trainers are very professional and enthusiastic, always motivating me to keep working out and push me to the extreme.
Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?
My trainers manage my schedule very well. I did some time want to cancel the session, but they reached out to me immediately and helped me make it through. They help me three times a week training at FT actively, and now I can do it three times a week.
Also, I did one month hormone treatment in February while I was training at FT. It turned out that training beats the side effects of the medicine, I was able to lose weight in that month. I was so excited when I got the report from the assessment, since in the past two years before starting FT, I gained 30 pounds during the similar treatment.
