1. How often do you workout at Fitness Together? 3-4 times a week
2, How often and for how long do you do cardio both at Fitness Together and on your own? 3-4 times a week, 30-40 minutes
3. What does your daily nutrition look like? No more than 1,200 daily calories. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Low carbs, high protein, low fat, low sodium, no sodas just water and of course a great cup of coffee, no sugar… well I try to follow this, for the most part I do :)
4. What do you feel Fitness Together has helped you with the most? To stay on track, stay committed and be accountable. I love the positive feedback you provide as it motivates you more to work harder and get great results. You all play a part in that. It starts with your individual greeting to each person as they enter the facility, to the rewarding workouts with the knowledge and fun trainers, till the very end when we walk out the door feeling like we accomplished something great, well at least I do.
5 How do you think you have most improve since working with Fitness together? Have lost and am still losing weight. Feel stronger and healthier. I love that I can fit into my nicer, smaller size clothes. In general I have become a happier person as I feel so much better about myself.
