Monster Set

Repeat 2-3 times with 45 second rest between sets.

  1. Squats with High fives

  2. Push ups with High fives

  3. Hamstring curls with Towels

  4. Single leg Romanian Deadlifts

  5. Inchworms

  6. Bear Crawls

  • Alternating legs- lunges with front kicks

  • Spider push ups

  • Plank Thrusters with squat jumps

  • Donkey kicks

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Flutter kicks
