February Client of the Month- Joanne McCabe!

How often do you workout at Fitness Together? 3 1:1 sessions per week.

How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or on your own? 6x a week, 7-8 hours per week.

What does your daily nutrition look like? I have balanced, small meals throughout the day. If I know I'm going to have a busy day, I plan ahead and pack my meals.

What do  you think fitness together has helped with most? Keeping me accountable for a regular exercise schedule.

How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together? Keeping track of the components of my nutrition. Also, my stamina has improved- the last time I went skiing I was able to do more runs without my legs getting tired. Before I started working out here, my legs would become tired earlier on in the day.

What could be better about your Fitness Together experience? Nothing- its working good as is!
