What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
Generally, for health and wellness as I age. More specifically, I wanted to get back to running without knee pain and understood that strengthening my muscles would help with that.
What Has Fitness Together helped you with most?
It has helped me with strengthening and getting back to running, which I'm now doing regularly.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
Getting stronger, running again, and developing a routine and sense of accountability that I feel equipped to continue as I decrease the number of days at FT and transition to working out on my own.
How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?
It's helped me understand the importance of protein -- however, actually meeting that goal on a daily basis continues to be a challenge. I'm working on it!
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
I like the friendly atmosphere. I appreciate that there's nothing aggressive about the methods and the 1:1 training -- it's low key, but encouraging in a way that works really well.
Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?
Nothing specific -- I've worked with several of the trainers and they are all really great to work with!
