Easy Homemade Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
One Rotisserie Chicken
2 to 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (depending on desired consistency)
60 grams Crushed Walnuts
4 tbsp Diced Celery
2 tbsp Diced Onion
1 tsp Salt/Pepper
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Celery Salt
Instructions:
Take the whole rotisserie chicken and shred it apart into smaller desired pieces placing them into a medium sized mixing bowl. Take your onion and celery stalk dicing them into small chunks if you haven't already (*you can save time by buying a small container of organic already cut vegetables). Once completed throw your diced vegetables into the mixing bowl . Take the amount of walnuts, placing them in a plastic bag using force to crush them up to desired "crumbliness," then adding them to your mixing bowl. Gradually add in each tablespoon of mayonnaise till it becomes the texture/consistency you approve of. Add in your remaining dry ingredients for taste.
This chicken salad can be prepared as a sandwich maybe even with some spinach thrown on it (like the photo pictured). Possibly even prepared with some crackers, triscuits are a good pair, just saying, or simply it can just be enjoyed with a fork all by itself.
