I wanted to get in shape and lose a little weight.

I think I am stronger and have better endurance now than when I started at Fitness Together Belmont.

I try to eat more protein.
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
Everyone at Fitness Together Belmont is friendly and welcoming and will modify exercises if you cannot do them.
Ruth has demonstrated an exemplary model of consistency since she began at Fitness Together Belmont. She attends every pack on her schedule without fail and gives 110%. She is always staying after her sessions to do intense cardio as well as having regular cardio sessions on the weekend. Her positivity and determination when she is challenged rubs off on all clients that train alongside her. Keep it up Ruth, you inspire all of us!
