What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together and what has made you continue ?

I was looking to transition away from a large ( impersonal) gym with more focused instruction. Following an injury sustained from a fall, and while I gained 15lbs during the pandemic, I was determined to ramp up my level of fitness.

What Has Fitness Together helped you with most? What has Fitness Together helped you the most over the past couple of months?

Fitness Together Belmont has helped me most balance strength training, flexibility, cardio and nutrition. I've been eating all of my life...why haven't I gotten better at it by now?

How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?

I am feeling stronger with greater flexibility, core strength ( gasp!), balance and functional movement.

How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?

I have always shied away from calorie counting, but using My Fitness Pal to track my intake has added a level of analysis and accountability I find very helpful. Who knew a single piece of cheesecake could have 1500 calories!

What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?

To my surprise virtual training was an effective complement to one on one in person sessions or small group workouts. Nevertheless, I prefer the collegiality and friendly, supportive atmosphere in the studio.
