Training Frequency: 3-4 1:1 Sessions per week!
Cardio Frequency: Jeanne does 15 minutes of cardio before and after her sessions at FT, and additionally takes walks 3-4 nights a week!
Nutrition: Jeanne keeps her nutrition balanced with protein, healthy fats, and lower carbs, making sure to keep her sugary treat intake low!
Since Jeanne's first fitness assessment in January, she has dropped 4.2% body fat and 8 pounds on the scale. She has also decreased her resting heart rate, and increased her pushups per minute by 11!
