How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
"Before I started here, I wouldn't have considered myself strong. Now, I'm very strong and confident in my strength."
How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?
"I always make sure to eat protein, carbs, and fats together. Adding fat and eating more frequently has mostly eliminated the low blood sugar issues that I had before I started."
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
"FT is a fun and supportive community. The trainers are knowledgeable, accessible, and have pushed me to continually achieve more. I like the other clients and spend time with them outside the gym."
Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?
"One of my best moments was about a year after I joined: I hoisted a very heavy carry-on bag into the the overhead bin easily, without any help. It's a small thing, but it's one of many small ways my life outside the gym is better because of the time I choose to spend here."
