Training Frequency: Lori comes into the studio three days a week for a one on one personal training session. She does boxing sessions, strength sessions, and cardio sessions.
Cardio Frequency: On her own, she does cardio for one hour per day and often times Lori comes in before her session to do cardio!
Nutrition: Each day Lori works hard to eat within the guidelines that Brian had recommended for her. Eating the correct balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that best suite her goals and nutritional needs has given Lori incredible results within the first month at fitness together.
Results: Speaking of results! Within the first six weeks at FT, Lori lost over 16 pounds, 6% body fat, and 3 inches off of her waist! She improved her flexibility, increased the number of push ups, and increased the number of sit ups! Since then, Lori has lost an additional 4 pounds, has decreased her body fat percentage by an additional 3%, and has continued to lose inches off of her waist, arms, and legs! Great job Lori! Keep up the great work!
How Fitness Together has helped: Lori has learned so much about nutrition and the benefits of exercising while she’s been working with us at FT. She enjoys the intimacy that the one-on-one personal training sessions bring and she loves the personal trainers!
