21 Day Cardio Challenge

Some of us are striving to be healthier; some want more energy to get through the day, and some want to keep up with Cardiovascular goals.
The time is NOW! Commit to yourself for 21 days to take back control, prioritize self-care, create healthier habits, and BE UNSTOPPABLE.
Rules of the Challenge:
- You will earn a block for every 15 minute cardio you complete.
- Cardio counts as anything that gets your HR up for the 15 minutes. It can be playing with your children, taking a walk, or simply doing some jumping jacks in your living room. Just get up and move and it will count :-).
- Use your equipment at home or come into the studio and use ours.
- You can track it with your heart rate monitors, including Iwatch and Fitbit. If you don't have one, call us for to book a cardio session and we will gift you a HR monitor and show you how to use it for your challenge.
- Send us proof of your cardio by emailing or text the picture of your activity from your watch
