No Bake Protein Balls Recipe
These little morsels will keep you fueled for holiday errands, pick you up during that workday afternoon lull, and are the perfect combination of yummy and healthy for the holiday party treat table.
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 chocolate chips (get the mini)
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix everything together and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then roll into balls between 1 to 1.5 inch diameter.
- Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy them.
