a note from your Arlington owners,
Molly Cliggott and Paul Kostopoulos

Molly and Paul have owned Fitness Together Arlington since 2016. They met while working at another Fitness Together location, and it was always a dream of theirs to open their own studio. They love the community that's been built at FT Arlington over the years, and are grateful for their incredible clients and trainers. Molly and Paul live in Medford with their three year old son, one year old daughter, and three rescue dogs: Penelope, Kevin, and Bonny. In their free time they like to workout, cook, hike, go to the beach in Maine, and travel.

Start with our Signature Fit Evaluation where we learn about your goals, health history, and take you through a mini workout. Your customized program is then designed to progress in phases unique to your needs and goals.
