Maybe, maybe not -- you decide.

Working out at home vs. working with a trainer. Which is better? Vicki sums it up nicely.
Training by Vicki
My workout at home looks something like this:
Maybe I get up and work out -- maybe not today, maybe tomorrow ...
Maybe I go a full hour -- maybe I don’t ...
Maybe I push for those last three reps -- maybe not ...
Maybe I realize when it’s time to increase amount of weight for arm curls...
Maybe I know how to structure my workout routine to get the most from my workouts -- definitely not!
Training by Fitness Together
My workout at Fitness Together looks something like this:
I always show up for scheduled workout sessions -- no cancellations for this gal.
I always go the full hour. I don’t want to disappoint my trainer by walking into the studio late! After all, if my trainer can get up early for me, I can get up early for her.
I always push through those last three reps -- not an option.
I always feel confident that my trainer will know when I’m ready to take on a bit more weight for those arm curls.
I always look forward to the variety of my workout -- thanks to my wonderfully creative trainers.
Enough said.
You get my point? Take the maybes out of your workout and get to Fitness Together, so you too, can get the most out of your workouts.
