What are you waiting for?

Have you seen the Fitness Together’s TV Commercials ?
The Fitness Together commercials began airing the week after Christmas in Cleveland on several different channels. My husband and I were watching HGTV, a few nights ago, we saw the commercial I was in! There I was - talking about how much my life has improved with the help of my Fitness Together trainers.  Very cool, and kinda weird to see myself on TV!  A bit later that night we saw the commercial that featured John Onysko. We waited for the third commercial, which featured Kathleen Binder ... didn’t catch hers until a few days later.

I must say, the commercials are pretty good!  The spots were short and to the point.  We talked a bit, and worked out a bit, two things that I love to do!  Our messages were pretty much the same:  Fitness Together is the place to go to get healthy.

Keep Working!
One thing that I didn’t realize, when the commercials were shot: the pressure to keep working out!  What if someone recognizes me while I’m shopping somewhere in Cleveland? Will they size me up?  Will they think I look healthy and fit?  Those thoughts have given me extra drive to work extra hard during my workouts - to make my trainers proud! I would love for someone to stop me on the street and ask me about my training sessions with Fitness Together.

That’s me!  I don’t mind that title at all.  I would love to share my story with everyone (obviously since I agreed to do a commercial), and hopefully give someone the incentive to join me on my journey for a healthier lifestyle.

What are you waiting for? 
Look for me on TV or shopping around Hudson.  Or better yet - stop into one of Fitness Together's seven studios in Cleveland and ask for a free session!  You won’t regret it.
