High-fructose corn syrup, is it bad for you? Research has yielded conflicting results ... Either way, a lot of processed sugar is not part of a healthy diet. Use these tips to reduce your sugar intake:
1. Limit processed foods as much as possible.
2. Avoid foods that contain added sugar.
3. Eat fresh fruit.
4. Choose fruit canned in its own juices.
5. Drink less soda.
