Brian Redtfeldt joined Fitness Together in the Spring 2011 as a Fitness Coach. He has an extensive background in boxing and other sports he has trained and coached. Brian attended College at Boise State (GO BRONCOS!). His passion for fitness started in grade school and carried him through college participating in Boxing, Football; Soccer, Baseball, Golf, and basketball. I think I have tried them all. He is dedicated to helping others reach their personal fitness goals and feeling better about themselves.

In college he became a strength and conditioning intern, after graduating he went into public personal training. He enjoys educating clients one-on-one and helping them to see the potential in themselves and giving the confidence in strength training they didn't have before

You'll meet your trainer in a private studio or virtually for a 1:1 session to begin your workout program.

You'll receive an assessment every 6 weeks to celebrate your progress and set new goals.
