    Brian Redtfeldt joined Fitness Together in the Spring 2011 as a Fitness Coach.  He has an extensive background in boxing and other sports he has trained and coached.  Brian attended College at Boise State (GO BRONCOS!).  His passion for fitness started in grade school and carried him through college participating in Boxing, Football; Soccer, Baseball, Golf, and basketball. I think I have tried them all.  He is dedicated to helping others reach their personal fitness goals and feeling better about themselves.

    Adam graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2002. During his time there he played for the Hall of Fame football coach, Frosty Westering who taught him life is about the journey, not the destination. After 8 years in the career of finances he left to pursue his passion for fitness and became a Personal Trainer at Fitness Together and has been here ever since. Adam strives to maximize the natural talents of each individual and is a natural at finding ways to motivate each person he works with.

    Joshua shares a personal journey where he was grossly over weight until I was 27 years old. He knows how hard it can be to lose weight. He lost 150 lbs. in one and a half years. He not only has kept the weight off but he also shaped his body into an athletic physique. Seeing his own progress is what inspired him to become a personal trainer and help others do the same. Joshua loves training at Fitness Together because he believes his co-workers are all educated and good at what they do but most of all he cares about the clients and their success.

    In his free time, if he isn't working out himself then you will hear him sharing his knowledge with others and continues to always educate himself more on the matters of health and fitness. Joshua enjoys watching physical sports such as, MMA and boxing. He also enjoys a good cigar and some nice scotch at cigar lounges. He likes trying new foods, and a good horror movie. His favorite holiday is Halloween.

    Nick has been active in sports his entire life leading up to playing college football. He decided to pursue training while attending high school. In college he became a strength and conditioning intern, after graduating he went into public personal training. He enjoys educating clients one-on-one and helping them to see the potential in themselves and giving the confidence in strength training they didn't have before

    Hali grew up in small town Parma, Idaho where she started her fitness career and has always been active her whole life. She has always had a love for health, fitness, and helping others. She joined the Fitness Together team after moving to Boise in 2020 where she continues to gain even more knowledge in health and fitness. Hali enjoys every second working with her co-workers and Fitness Together clients where it's a place of positivity and hard work as a team.

    Hali enjoys being outside and educating and updating herself on anything health related, Some activities she enjoys are surfing, paddle boarding, skating, skiing, and rock climbing. Hali is always searching for new adventures and experiences as often as she can.
