Maddy has always had a passion for movement as she grew up playing sports year around. That love for sports lead her to the University of New Haven where she played 4 years of softball while earning her degree in Sport Management. She then went on to get her Master’s in Business Administration from Bryant University, while working in the University’s athletic department for two years. Maddy ventured back to Connecticut to work full-time for Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, and while in the process came across Fitness Together of Rocky Hill. Health and fitness are often over complicated, but Maddy finds that they do not need to be. She likes to stick to simple, straight-forward movements that will assist clients in everyday life. Growing up playing soccer, basketball, and softball Maddy understands how certain exercises directly translate to the way our bodies perform. She also enjoys discussing Nutrition and loves to provide knowledge to clients on the topic. Maddy’s goal is to help clients become better versions of themselves and to learn to enjoy exercising and taking care of their bodies. Maddy’s mantra is that exercising is not something that we have to do, but rather something that we get to do.
