Michael Jelly is a graduate of the University of Connecticut’s Kinesiology/Exercise Program and a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer.
Michael has worked in five different fitness facilities and ran his own program design company by the name of “All In Fitness”.In addition to his many years of experience, Michael’s most prominent personal experience in fitness include losing 40 lbs at 16 years old which gave him a completely new outlook on life and a lot of confidence. He became a personal trainer because of his passion for helping people and his love for fitness. His main incentive is to help people feel proud of, and love, themselves.
Michael has had a multitude of clients reach their fitness goals. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or cardiovascular help, Michael can get you there.
