2014 Weight Loss Challenge

This month we are having our clients come up with a daily habit that they can realistically do for 30 days. The premise was very simple; come up with something that you know you will be able to do or that is just out of reach and commit to doing it for 30 days. It can be as simple as just drinking an extra glass of water. For those who have already started, great job! If you have not set your habit, it is not too late to do this! Talk with your FT coach and come up with something that will help you in your health related endeavor.
