Fitness Together would like to congratulate Andrea Allison on her recent completion of the Baltimore Woman’s Classic 5K.
“Andy” has been a client in Pikesville since March of 2010. She came to us with goals to lose weight, lower her blood pressure and improve her arthritis which has troubled her for many years. She trains 2 times per week regularly and always pushes for a 3rd session. Since working out with FT, Andy has seen her blood pressure drop, her resting heart rate drop and her girth measurements decrease. She has become stronger, faster and much more confident.
Andy completed the 5k in 46.29 minutes - a whole 5minutes faster than any time she made during her preparations for the race.
This is a huge step and just one of many great steps still to come. Congratulations!!
