When I’m not busy with work commitments, I enjoy staying active and having fun: running, weightlifting, kayaking, entertaining, baking, or traveling. Off-duty, my biggest priority is spending time with my family: my husband Rick, our six amazing kids, two adorable grandchildren, and our lovable four-legged furry companion. I’m lucky to call Charleston, SC home.Malachi McKoy, Manager And Personal Trainer

- B.S. Exercise Science
Kristine graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Growing up, she played different sports year-round, two of her favorite being swimming and field hockey. Back in 2010, she fell in love with the weight room when she realized that it brought out a stronger, healthier, and happier version of herself. After a few injuries and frustrations due to trial and error while lifting, she quickly realized others were making the same mistakes and resolved to help fellow, aspiring gym-goers avoid the same mistakes. Kristine's main mission from then on has been to help others grow "big and strong" while mitigating injures, creating can-do mindsets, and giving clients tools to succeed - all while having fun!

With Matt’s different backgrounds, he feels that to be the best version of ourselves, we need to heal the body and then strengthen it to be the healthiest possible.
