    Kelsey graduated from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Journalism. Kelsey is also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and has specialty certifications in Yoga, Functional Movement and TRX training. Kelsey has played sports and been active her entire life. She played collegiate basketball at McDaniel College. During her colligate basketball career, she had two knee surgeries including a torn ACL. During her recovery from these injuries, she saw the importance strength training made in her recovery and knew she wanted to pursue Personal Training as a career. Aside from strength training, she loves to run and practice yoga. Kelsey believes her diversity in the fitness industry gives her the ability to adapt to any client and their needs.

    Spend time with my husband, Mason and my 1 year old son, Bo. I love to take Bo on runs with me and do anything outdoors. In the winter, we spend our time at McDaniel College watching my husband's wrestling team (He is the Head Coach at McDaniel College).

    Shawn attended Towson University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. He also has a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPT). Shawn started weight lifting in 2007 at 14 years old in preparation for high school football, and it has become a part of his everyday life ever since. In 2015, he competed in an NPC physique competition where he finished 2nd in his class. He is passionate about delivering the highest quality of training for not only himself, but most importantly, his clients. What Shawn loves most about being a Fitness Together trainer is the relationships that are built through the hard work and dedication of his clients. He pushes them to keep striving to be the best version of themselves, no matter how long it takes.

    Aside from exercising and watching sports, I love to spend quality time with my daughters Harper and Madilyn, ages 5 and 2. They are my ‘why’ for everything in life, so I soak in every second I can spend with them. Setting a good example and being a positive influence for them is incredibly important to me and I love to include them in my life as much as I can.

    Throughout her years in the fitness industry, Cayley has played many roles. She has spent time as a personal trainer, a NCAA Division 1 collegiate strength and conditioning coach, a personal training educator, an athletic performance coach, and a gym manager. As a former collegiate basketball player and record-holding power-lifter, Cayley’s passion lies in helping clients reach performance driven goals - from accomplishing athletic feats to enhancing activities of daily living. Her drive comes from connecting with others and helping clients find their confidence and inner strength.

    Outside of training, I love to spend time with my husband, Josh, and our 2 year old son, Calum. I really enjoy baking and reading, as well as staying active by hiking and lifting especially if the lift is a deadlift.

    Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and holds a level 1 certification through FMS. Dave spent nearly 10 years in the technology field before deciding to shift his focus to a career in the fitness industry. While earning his degree, he spent 3 years as a personal trainer at a studio in Parkville, where he worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from high school athletes to senior populations. In addition, he completed an internship at the FX Performance Training Center in Hunt Valley and spent a summer working with youth athletes. Dave is passionate about getting his clients the results they want and is driven by constant improvement in his training style in order to deliver the highest quality training possible.

    Outside of fitness, I enjoy reading, playing sports and spending time traveling with my wife and son.

    Ryan received his ACE PT Certificate in November of 2015. He started teaching group boot camp classes and in 2016, started training at Fitness Together. He loves working for Fitness Together because he gets to build relationships with each client that comes in and assist them on their health journey. Ryan believes we are all at different places in terms of health and fitness and if he can help someone feel better physically or mentally and improve their quality of life, that is most rewarding.

    Spend time with my wife, daughter, and two labs. We love to go travelling as much as we can!
