Alec is a Towson University graduate with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. He found his passion for fitness when he wanted to get better at basketball in 6th grade. That passion didn’t make him much better at basketball; but by building the proper foundations, it helped him focus on the important skills of any sport he played. This is where Alec believes that, through health and wellness, you can focus on the smaller, more important things in life without limitations. To give everyone the ability to focus on and enjoy the little things in life, drives Alec to continuously provide the best training and knowledge to his clients.

- B.S. Exercise Science
Kristine graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Growing up, she played different sports year-round, two of her favorite being swimming and field hockey. Back in 2010, she fell in love with the weight room when she realized that it brought out a stronger, healthier, and happier version of herself. After a few injuries and frustrations due to trial and error while lifting, she quickly realized others were making the same mistakes and resolved to help fellow, aspiring gym-goers avoid the same mistakes. Kristine's main mission from then on has been to help others grow "big and strong" while mitigating injures, creating can-do mindsets, and giving clients tools to succeed - all while having fun!

Matt is from South Jersey where he found his love for all the Philadelphia sports teams (GO BIRDS!). He graduated from McDaniel College, in Westminster, Maryland, where he majored in Kinesiology and minored in Psychology. While at McDaniel, he was also a member of the lacrosse team. Before FT, Matt worked in physical therapy at PIVOT and personal training at Crunch fitness. Matt found his passion for wanting to work with people and to help them feel and be the best version of themselves as a freshman in high school. He worked in the athletic training room helping his fellow athletes and continued doing this while in college. With Matt’s different backgrounds, he feels that to be the best version of ourselves, we need to heal the body and then strengthen it to be the healthiest possible.
