April 2: What are some “power moves” for building more muscle and shedding those winter pounds?
If a client is looking to build strength and shed pounds, the best exercises they can do are multi-joint exercises. You definitely want to get the most out of each session by working your biggest muscle groups doing squats, lunges, pull-ups, push-ups etc. You will have a higher caloric burn and gain more strength than doing single joint/isolation exercises.
