With summer ending, we would like to reward all of our client's hard work by offering a short vinyasa yoga series!
Vinyasa yoga is an active, fluid style that links movement to breath through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow increases endurance, strength and flexibility, and is a great way to repair some of your tired muscles.
These classes are open to all levels, and will be held on the top floor
of our studio.
If you have a mat, please bring one. If you do not own a yoga mat, a large beach towel will work as well.
