    My journey started 20 years ago as a trainer at Fitness Together. Having only worked with athletes previously, I thought that training people for "general fitness" would be a temporary gig for me. But little did I know that I'd fall in love with the idea of changing someone's LIFE one session at a time. I fell in love with what we could challenge clients to accomplish in the privacy of their own training suite. I fell in love with the goal of getting clients to leave the studio after their session, feeling better than when they came in. I fell in love with the challenge of being the best part of every client's day. Bottom line, I FELL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS TOGETHER. 20 years later, I'm the proud owner of FT Mequon and FT Whitefish Bay for the past 15 and 16 years!

    spend time with my family, get involved with church activities, play slow-pitch softball, and be outdoors as much as possible!

    I have been a Personal Trainer with Fitness Together for over 18 years. My passion is to help people with their health and fitness goals, whether it is losing weight or wanting to just feel better in their daily life. I have trained people from 16 to 92 years old, and what I love most is the individualized programs I create with each of them. My goal is to give my clients the confidence to go out and crush each day! I believe my upbeat and outgoing personality makes the workouts enjoyable. 😀

    spend time with my husband and our two daughters as family time is very important to me! We love taking our dog for hikes and going on kayaking adventures together.

It was there that I learned to appreciate how important it is to stay functionally fit through my studies, my work with others, and my own recovery from various injuries. I've always had a passion for helping people improve so that they can experience their best quality of life!
