We work every day to provide you with the absolute best personal training experience and our professional one-on-one training is certainly our bread and butter; however, we are excited and proud to roll out our PACK training!
PACK is a program designed to provide an atmosphere of teamwork, competitiveness, intensity, and a both physically and mentally challenging type of fitness training which we are confident will put you on the fast-track to reaching your ultimate personal fitness goals.
Our PACK sessions will include up to four people at one time, but fear not, we will still provide a personal touch despite the group atmosphere. PACK will be one of the toughest physical challenges you will have encountered not only with us, but overall. While that may seem somewhat frightening to think about, we will have the ability to accommodate different levels of fitness within each PACK sessions, allowing each client to reach the end by pushing themselves to the limit and beyond, receiving all of the benefits of a GREAT workout.
PACK will focus on varying dynamics of training and will provide a full body, high intensity workout which will not only result in weight loss, but muscle strength and growth, as well as an increase in cardiovascular performance, but overall strength. We will use plyometric boxes, slam balls, body-weight exercises, our fun but intense battle rope, and teamwork drills to form what promises to be the most fun and rewarding training sessions you will experience.

Try it out and experience a different way to workout with us. Ideally, we would like for you to add in PACK training to your personal one-on-one sessions, allowing for two different styles and approaches to training at Fitness Together to help you reach YOUR goals!!
