The first step toward change is scheduling a Signature Fit Evaluation. The Signature Fit Evaluation is essentially a strategy session to help the team understand more about you so your personal trainer can design a custom fitness plan, specifically for you. During your strategy session, your personal trainer will learn more about your health history and lifestyle, then you'll complete a movement and posture screen, followed by a mini-workout. Collectively, this information will help to create your custom fitness roadmap and provide you with an opportunity to experience the Fitness Together difference.

I am 71 & I love doing my "trainings" with Pam at the Fitness Together. I feel I get a good work out. I like the format they use to assess your strengths and weakness so they can tailor a specific plan to get your body functionally moving. I am noise sensitive, so this studio fits these needs of mine. Each trainer uses the same format to assess but approaches the workouts differently. They are flexible in accommodating your schedule.
