If speed walking sounds too boring, try swimming, biking, or a fitness class. Your health club most likely offers fun cardio fitness routines in the form of Zumba and kickboxing, as well as other classes. Try taking a class 2-3 times a week in place of your normal run. Muscle burns more fat throughout the day, so building some muscle is a great way to help you lose weight.
